01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3jl1 Casino website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 3jl1, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 3jl1, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active 3jl1 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, 3jl1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jl1 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. 3jl1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your 3jl1 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 3jl1 customer support immediately via live chat.
• KYC Verification: 3jl1 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3jl1 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 3jl1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported. 3jl1 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. 3jl1 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited into your 3jl1 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 3jl1 may request proof of source of funds in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 3jl1 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing prior written notice.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

3jl1 Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 3jl1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Abuse Prevention: 3jl1 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Any detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 3jl1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulations.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 3jl1 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general principles apply across all 3jl1 games:

• Random Number Generation: All slot and RNG-based table games on 3jl1 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games use physical randomness (real cards, real roulette wheels) streamed in real time. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer or system.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 3jl1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If a round cannot be completed due to a system error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. 3jl1 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Game Result Finality: All game results are final once confirmed by the 3jl1 system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jl1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 3jl1 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity through the 3jl1 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 3jl1 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3jl1 staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jl1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 3jl1 Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3jl1 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 3jl1 platform without prior written consent from 3jl1.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 3jl1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

3jl1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in Section 4.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.

You may close your 3jl1 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Responsible Gaming

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3jl1 Casino operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3jl1 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

For game-related disputes, you must submit a formal complaint to 3jl1 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. 3jl1 will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days.
